Why Work With Us

Live Where You Want

Proximity doesn’t influence productivity so we all work remotely. As long as there’s a reliable internet connection, you’re good to travel or live wherever you’d like.

No Crazy Hours

We rarely work more than 40 hours per week. There may be a few times when people work extra hours, but they make sure to take more time off later.

Take Vacation (Seriously)

We have a minimum vacation policy of three weeks per year (five feels about right), and we will (kindly) bug you if you aren’t taking enough time off.
